Hi, I’m Hayley, the founder of Hayley Nicole Clinics & Academy.

My journey began with a passion for the beauty industry, particularly skincare, and a desire to help people look and feel their best. What started with opening my own salon soon developed into something much bigger.

Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to developing my knowledge of skin, understanding the science behind treatments and creating a business built around delivering results, building confidence and providing an exceptional client experience.

As my business grew, so did my passion for education. I wanted to share the knowledge and experience I’d gained with other beauty professionals, helping them develop their skills, understand skin on a deeper level and feel confident in the treatments they offer.

But my journey didn’t stop with the salon.

Since opening Hayley Nicole, I’ve gone on to launch two other successful businesses, gaining valuable experience in branding, marketing, business development and what it really takes to turn an idea into a thriving business.

Through my own experiences, I’ve learnt that building a successful beauty business is about more than being good at treatments. It’s about creating a brand, understanding your audience, building lasting client relationships and having the confidence to grow.

And that’s where my passion for helping other women in business really began.

Today, my focus is on combining my love for skin education with my experience in business, helping beauty professionals not only develop their treatment expertise but also build the knowledge and confidence to take their businesses further.

From professional skin training to business education and the upcoming Beauty Business Club, my goal is to share everything I’ve learnt along the way and help other ambitious women create businesses they’re truly proud of.

Because for me, success isn’t just about building my own businesses. It’s about helping others build theirs, too.
